1 Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the TTD Consulting (Pty) Ltd ("TTD Consulting", "we", "us" or "our") website at https://ttdconsulting.net and our free online tools, including the AI Readiness Assessment, Technology Advisor, Tech Radar and Benedict Chat hosted at radar.ttdconsulting.net (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Paid consulting engagements, such as the AI Value & Production Readiness Sprint, are governed by a separate written agreement.

2 Website and Free Tools Provided "As Is"

The Services are provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content is complete, accurate or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3 Assessment Results Are Indicative, Not Professional Advice

AI Readiness Assessment scores are self-reported: they are calculated from the answers you give and placed against TTD's maturity framework. They are not an audit, a certification, or a comparison with other organisations.

Results, reports, recommendations and roadmaps produced by the Services are indicative and for general information only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, security or compliance advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. If you would like verified, evidence-based advice, please contact us.

4 AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate reports, recommendations and chat responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into the Services.

5 Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, the TTD Tech Radar, the AI readiness maturity framework, questions, scoring model and software, are owned by or licensed to TTD Consulting and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content, and share your own assessment report within your organisation, for your internal business purposes. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

6 Acceptable Use

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated means to access, submit to or extract data from the Services
• Submit false, misleading or third-party contact details, or impersonate any person or organisation
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, bypass rate limits or security controls (including reCAPTCHA), or gain unauthorised access to the Services
• Attempt to manipulate, extract or reverse engineer the underlying AI models, prompts or scoring logic
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose, or to submit unlawful or offensive content

We may restrict or block access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTD Consulting, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity) arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or your reliance on any content, results or AI-generated output from the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies.

8 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use the Services, including the AI Readiness Assessment, Technology Advisor and Benedict Chat.

9 Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites and services, such as booking tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
