AI Accelerators
Don’t start AI from zero. Start from an accelerator: three reusable AI solutions that we configure for your business and connect to your systems of record, operational data and company knowledge.
Built once, configured for each client
You pay for what is specific to you, not for rebuilding the basics.
Reusable core
Ingestion, orchestration, security, audit and monitoring, already built and tested.
Your configuration
Your document types, rules, knowledge sources, permissions, queues and workflows.
Your integrations
Connected to the systems you already run, using our .NET and Azure integration experience.
Three Accelerators
Each one runs live in your browser on curated sample data.
TTD Document Intelligence
Turn the documents you receive into validated data
Documents arrive by upload or email. AI reads them, extracts the fields that matter, checks them against your rules, classifies and routes them, answers questions about them and hands clean data to the systems you already run.
In the live demo
- Extracted fields with a confidence score and a flag where a person should check
- Business-rule checks: the same input always gives the same result
- Routing to a queue with priority, rationale and next best action
- Ready-to-send record payloads, CSV and events (simulated)
- Questions answered only from the document, with a reference for each fact
TTD Knowledge Agent
Company knowledge, answered with permissions and citations
Secure internal AI that answers from your company’s own knowledge, and only from the documents each employee is allowed to see.
In the live demo
- Choose one of four employees and see how many documents they can access
- Ask a question and get an answer with citations
- Ask the same question as someone else and watch the answer change
- A “why this answer” view of what was used and what was withheld
TTD Workflow Agent
AI does the legwork. A person makes the call.
An agent picks up inbound work, checks your systems and recommends what to do. Business rules in code decide what may be approved, and a person approves every action.
In the live demo
- Pick an inbound item and watch the agent read it and call read-only tools
- A recommendation with confidence and the risks it found
- Guardrails: business rules in code decide what may be approved, not the AI
- Approve, change or reject: nothing is sent or changed until you decide
See Them Working
Real runs of the live demos for Sable Ridge Insurance, a fictional insurer.
Document Intelligence splits a claim pack, extracts 24 values and runs 19 business-rule checks. One fails: the repair was invoiced before the accident.
Knowledge Agent answers a claims handler from the 9 of 16 documents her role can open, citing each fact. Underwriting, HR and board documents stay locked.
Workflow Agent refers an urgent stolen-vehicle payout to the Special Investigations Unit. The fraud rules agree, and nothing happens until a person approves.
Demos for Your Industry
Four fictional South African companies, each with its own documents, policies and workflows.
Short-term insurance
Sable Ridge Insurance, a fictional short-term insurer
- Document Intelligence: motor claim forms, a panel-beater invoice with a VAT error, and a claim pack where the invoice is dated before the accident.
- Knowledge Agent: four employees, from claims handler to COO, each see only the documents their role allows, so salary bands and fraud indicators stay protected.
- Workflow Agent: a windscreen fast-track, a burst geyser, a stolen-vehicle fraud referral and a lapsed-policy decline.
Banking and lending
Amberveld Bank, a fictional retail bank
- Document Intelligence: NCA affordability, SA ID checksums, payslip arithmetic, FICA proof of address, and a payslip that doesn’t match the salary actually paid in.
- Knowledge Agent: credit mandates and fraud procedures stay with credit and financial crime staff, away from the branch.
- Workflow Agent: card fraud disputes, credit limits capped by affordability, payment relief and account takeover.
Healthcare and medical schemes
Kloofhaven Health, a fictional medical scheme
- Document Intelligence: GP accounts, a duplicate specialist claim, a waiting-period pre-authorisation and a hospital account that doesn’t match what was authorised.
- Knowledge Agent: benefit schedules, PMB rules and clinical authority limits, protected as special personal information.
- Workflow Agent: pre-authorisations, benefit caps, a PMB rule that overrules a decline, and provider fraud after a banking-detail change.
Retail and logistics
Kestrel & Vine, a fictional homeware and clothing retailer
- Document Intelligence: three-way matching, a look-alike email domain on a bank-detail change, duplicate payments and stock billed but not received.
- Knowledge Agent: returns, recall and dangerous-goods procedures for stores and DCs; rebates and margins stay with buyers.
- Workflow Agent: damaged orders, a goodwill voucher limit, a Consumer Protection Act warranty that overrides a decline, and serial-refund checks.
The demos use curated samples only, from fictional companies with synthetic data; you never upload your own files. Demo runs are shared across the three accelerators and limited per visitor, and the page shows how many you have left.
